PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The SYNNECT project allows the use of digital twins for testing in the automotive industry. They offer a solution that creates a hybrid environment that integrates both virtual environments and real elements. These virtual environments are composed of simulation models, digital twins and 3D scenarios, allowing systems to interact and generate valuable information for evaluation and prediction. The technology they propose facilitates development testing, integration and system optimization, offering significant savings in time and costs, as well as improving safety.
SOLUTION AND TECHNOLOGIES
The solution allows an easy connection of simulation models and digital twins with real elements such as PLCs or on-board systems in vehicles. The SYNNECT platform provides manufacturers to test and validate products in a virtual environment close to real-life testing, reducing costs and risks. Key use cases include braking system testing, driver assistance system development, engine control software validation, and infotainment system testing, among others.
