PROJECT DESCRIPTION
RPMS is a system designed to accurately manage and control returnable packaging used in industrial logistics processes using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology. It allows real-time monitoring of the flow and location of containers, plastic boxes, racks, pallets, or any other type of returnable packaging, both within plants and in warehouses and at supplier facilities.
Its main value is the simultaneous reading of multiple packages in a matter of seconds, which reduces operating times and reduces packaging loss. In addition, the system generates customizable reports with detailed information on fleets, container flows, suppliers, critical points, and maintenance, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
SOLUTION AND TECHNOLOGIES
RPMS is a technological solution that combines RFID sensors and logistics automation systems to optimize the management of returnable packaging in industrial environments.
