PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Riact Robotics develops a universal software platform that allows the design and programming of flexible robotic solutions, compatible with robots from any manufacturer. Its objective is to facilitate access to industrial robotics, both for large companies and SMEs, through an intuitive interface that simplifies programming and reduces implementation times.
The platform is oriented to the automation of production processes, both in small and large series, adapting to changes in the volume and type of product. It allows robots to be programmed in a simple way, similar to the use of a mobile application, making automation accessible even to operators with no previous experience.
SOLUTION AND TECHNOLOGIES
The Riact Robotics platform is based on modular software designed to simplify the programming, configuration and management of industrial robots, promoting flexible automation in production environments.
Its visual programming system allows operators to create work sequences using an intuitive drag-and-drop environment with pre-defined templates, eliminating the need for advanced programming skills.
The platform is compatible with robots from different manufacturers, offering a standard solution that facilitates the integration of heterogeneous equipment on the same production line.
It incorporates a simplified Human-Robot Interface (HRI), which makes it easy to set up work cells and adjust robot behavior quickly and easily.
In addition, it integrates a digital twin and adaptive algorithms, which allow real-time simulation and adjustment of robotic operations based on changes in the environment.
Finally, the system is designed to facilitate rapid reconfiguration of the robots, adapting them quickly to new production needs without prolonged interruptions in production.
