It is primarily aimed at property owners and asset managers, offering them a turnkey solution that includes everything from the creation of digital BIM models to the integration of data management and analysis systems in an automated, web-accessible environment.
Its business model is based on scalable SaaS (Software as a Service), which facilitates remote and secure access to asset data from anywhere and reduces operating costs through an annual subscription.

SOLUTION AND TECHNOLOGIES

PowerBIM is a digital platform that combines asset modeling technologies, operational data integration, and advanced analytics to optimize the management and performance of industrial infrastructure and buildings.
Its system is based on three main technological building blocks. First, it uses BIM, GIS, and LIDAR to create digital asset models, incorporating modeling, georeferencing, and environmental digitization techniques.
