PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The “LK Mobility: SAAS para el control de SOH de baterías” project offers an innovative logistics service to manage the exchange of Nickel-MH cells between companies and workshops, improving the maintenance of hybrid vehicles. In addition, cloud software is being developed that will allow users to access a shared stock of cells, facilitating the exchange according to the specific needs of each vehicle. This solution will evolve into a SaaS that will provide its users with the health status of Ni-MH and Lithium-Ion batteries, complying with the battery passport requirements planned for 2026. This service will be especially useful for vehicle sales, insurance and leasing companies.
SOLUTION AND TECHNOLOGIES
The project introduces an efficient exchange system for Nickel-MH cells, facilitating the maintenance of hybrid vehicles through cloud-based software. This shared platform will allow the optimization of the stock of cells between workshops and companies. It also includes the development of automated machines to check the health status of the batteries and their recovery.

LK Mobility offers simple and efficient management of the exchange of Nickel-MH modules, with transfer of knowledge to workshops, recycling and training centres. Its development of a SaaS will allow advanced control of the health status of batteries, responding to the demands of the future electric and hybrid vehicle market. This project positions LK Mobility as a key player in the evolution of battery logistics and maintenance.
