PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Innovalog is a project by MACTUM TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. focused on the development of products and services for advanced internal logistics systems. Its objective is to optimize logistics flows and improve the operational efficiency of companies through customized and flexible solutions.
The project encompasses three main lines of action:
• Development of flow simulation programs and services using open source software, eliminating the need for costly commercial licenses. These simulations allow flow optimization, modeling of current and future systems, and the generation of base code for programming field control systems (PLC, HMI, field devices) and communication with higher-level systems (WMS, ERP).
• Development of own products, including an automated warehouse prototype designed to maximize efficiency in inventory management.
• Research into new materials for load carriers, with a focus on weight reduction, recyclability, and material reuse, contributing to sustainability and logistics efficiency.
SOLUTION AND TECHNOLOGIES
Innovalog offers a combination of technologies for optimizing internal logistics:
