PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Robot-HPlug is a flexible software package designed for the control of industrial systems and processes, using a robot as the master element of the solution. This robot manages all necessary peripherals, including machine vision cameras, servo motors, tools, and other devices, enabling comprehensive automation of the industrial environment.
Once installed, the Plug-in developed in this project allows for simple control and configuration of peripheral equipment, as well as complete management of the installation from the robot’s own console. The application is designed in a modular manner, allowing for interchangeability of peripherals and adaptation of the system to different environments. For example, it is possible to switch from a conventional system to a collaborative work environment, where the robot can safely interact with people.

SOLUTION AND TECHNOLOGIES

Robot-HPlug is based on a modular and flexible architecture that allows the control of multiple industrial peripherals from a single platform. The software integrates machine vision, servo motor control, and industrial tool management technologies, providing a complete and adaptable solution for different production environments.
The system is designed to facilitate speed configuration and programming of peripherals, reducing startup times and enabling dynamic adaptation to changes in plant configuration. Additionally, the software allows remote control of the solution, facilitating remote monitoring and management.
