PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Blowind develops technological solutions for electric mobility, focusing on heavy vehicles such as trucks and buses. Its two main products are a superconducting motor and a high-power charger. The engine uses superconducting coils, which gives it greater efficiency and lower energy consumption, increasing autonomy and reducing costs. The 3MW charger, based on superconducting technology, reduces energy losses and allows truck batteries to be recharged in 20 minutes, ideal for long routes.
SOLUTION AND TECHNOLOGIES
Blowind incorporates superconducting materials, cryogenic circuits and advanced magnetic fields in the design of its electric engine, achieving unprecedented efficiency and high power density. As for the charger, it also uses superconducting technology combined with passive cryogenic cooling, which optimizes its energy consumption. These solutions make it possible to break the megawatt barrier, making them viable for the electrification of heavy vehicles in long-distance transport.
