PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The autonomous mobile robot (AMR) designed by Binarial to improve internal logistics in factories especially in the automotive industry, has the ability to navigate narrow aisles, something that conventional AMRs cannot cover, and it adapts to the specifications and particular needs of each client. The aim is to optimise the transport of raw materials and finished products within the plant, eliminating the dependence on manual forklifts, which in turn reduces workplace accidents and improves operational efficiency.
SOLUTION AND TECHNOLOGIES
The robot developed by Binarial focuses on the total customization of its features to adapt to factories, particularly in environments with limited space. It is designed to move autonomously in aisles up to one meter wide, carrying up to 300 kg. It uses advanced navigation and positioning technologies, allowing fast and safe operation within the plant, with a maximum speed of 1.5 m/s. In addition, it has close technical support and personalized attention for each client, ensuring optimal implementation.
