21 de January de 2025

Projects participating in the 8th edition of Business Factory Auto & Mobility (BFA) have completed the Advanced Management Program, a strategic training initiative that has supported the teams since September 2024 and concluded on January 21st, 2025 with a closing ceremony and diploma presentation.
The program, developed in collaboration with IE Business School, was aimed at projects in the acceleration and consolidation phases, with the objective of complementing their technological development with a strong foundation in business management and leadership.

Throughout these months, the teams strengthened their strategic, executive and commercial capabilities, essential to face growth challenges in such a demanding sector as automotive and mobility.

Over 45 sessions distributed across 15 working days, participants worked on key areas such as leadership and team management, corporate strategy, digital transformation, commercial management and marketing, management control systems, negotiation, communication and macroeconomic analysis.

The methodology, based on the case method and a highly practical approach, enabled the teams to benchmark their business models against real-life situations, share experiences and apply management tools directly to their own projects.

The closing ceremony featured Carola Arboli, representing IE Business School, and Juan José Areal, representing Stellantis, who presented the diplomas to participants and highlighted the importance of combining technological excellence with strong management capabilities to consolidate innovative companies within the industrial ecosystem.

With this training program, BFA reaffirms its commitment to a comprehensive acceleration model that combines innovation, industry connection and executive training, key elements to foster strong and competitive startups in the automotive and mobility sector.
