Yesterday afternoon, the Director of Research and Advanced Engineering (DRIA) of the PSA Group, Carla Gohin, was received at the headquarters of the Galician Automotive Cluster by the CEAGA President, Juan Antonio Lloves, and others responsible for the organization, to know the innovation capacities developed within the Bussines Factory Auto initiative, in the presence of the Regional Ministry of Economy, Employment and Industry of the Galician Government, Francisco Conde, and the Igape Director, Juan Cividanes.
In this meeting, where the full BFA Presidency participated (Francisco Conde, Regional Ministry of Economy; Teresa Pedrosa, Delegate of the State in the Free Zone Consortium Vigo; Frédéric Puech, Director of the Iberian industrial pole of the PSA Group; and Juan Antonio Lloves, CEAGA President) as well as other PSA, CEAGA and Free Zone executives, reflected on the current situation on the second call of the initiative, as well as a balance of the first edition and a presentation of the projects selected for PSA Booster Day: Efitrans Efficient Logistics, Engineering and Control Merasys and Situm Technologies.
In the framework of this meeting, the CEAGA President, Juan Antonio Lloves, stressed that "this second call has been a success of nominations presented. About 80% increase compared to the projects presented last year. In total, about 40 projects have wanted to become part of this new edition of Business Factory Auto”.
