This website (www.bfauto.es, hereinafter the “Website”) is owned by the Fundación Cluster de Empresas de Automoción de Galicia (hereinafter CEAGA) with CIF.G- 36.983.575, with address as Número 3 y 5, Edificio Zona Franca, 1ª Planta, 36210 Vigo (Pontevedra), registered under number 2006/20 in the Registry of Foundations of interest to Galicia, a section of the Regional Department of Economy and Industry.

In accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th, on Protection of Personal Data, and the Law 34/2002, of July 11th, about Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, CEAGA, as co-promoting entity, by virtue of the Agreement between INSTITUTO GALEGO DE PROMOCIÓN ECONÓMICA (IGAPE), AXENCIA GALEGA DE INNOVACIÓN (GAIN), XESGALICIA, SOCIEDAD GESTORA DE ENTIDADES DE INVERSIÓN DE TIPO CERRADO, S.A.U. (XESGALICIA), CONSORCIO DA ZONA FRANCA DE VIGO (CONSORCIO), VIGOACTIVO SOCIEDAD DE CAPITAL RIESGO DE RÉGIMEN SIMPLIFICADO, S.A. (VIGOACTIVO), FUNDACIÓN CLÚSTER DE EMPRESAS DE AUTOMOCIÓN DE GALICIA (CEAGA), and PEUGEOT CITROËN AUTOMÓVILES ESPAÑA S.A., for the “Business Factory Auto BFA” project, through this Data Protection Policy, informs the website’s users about the policy of protection of personal data (from now on, “Personal Data”), so the Users can provide the Personal Data required when submitting their subscription to the Website, being absolutely aware of how the data is delivered and processed.

The Website offers various services, some of which will possibly need the user to submit certain data of personal nature, whether compulsorily or optionally, with the purpose that will be explained in each case. The delivery and submission of requested data will be understood as an unambiguous expression of consent by the user, who thus allows Personal Data to be included in the database of CEAGA and automatically processed. CEAGA is entitled to modify this policy in accordance to changes in laws and jurisprudence, as well as changes in the industry. In those cases, CEAGA will announce in this page the changes, in sufficient time before their implementation.

Personal Data thus collected will be subjected to automatized processes and incorporate to the corresponding automatized archive. According to current regulation, this “Business Factory Auto BFA” Archive is registered in the Registro General de Protección de Datos. CEAGA provides in advance the Website Users with appropriate technical resources for accessing this notice about the Data Protection Policy or to any other relevant information, and giving their consent to CEAGA to proceed with the automatized treatment of their Personal Data.

The User guarantees that the Personal Data submitted to CEAGA are truthful and is responsible for informing CEAGA about any relevant modification to be made relative to said data.

Personal Data is collected through the Website’s registration form and automatically processed with the purpose of looking after the different kinds of relationships that could emerge with the “Business Factory Auto BFA” Project, as a consequence of taking part in the “Business Factory Auto BFA” PROGRAMME. Data to be processed are collected with the registration form or through maintaining the corresponding relationship, both during the selection process or the programme phases. Also, the Data is processed to study the services’ utilisation by the users, the design of new services, and the issuing of technical and operational information about the services so the user can benefit from them.

Collected personal data could be communicated to other companies promoting the “Business Factory Auto BFA” Programme, in order to develop, maintain and control the resulting legal relationship or when there is legal authorization to do it. Additionally, data could be passed on to third parties for other purposes when there is previous consent in the legally required manner.

Collected Personal Data will be exclusively used for the purposes that were declared.

At any moment, requestors can exercise their rights on access, modification, cancellation, or opposition to the treatment of their data, as well as revoking their consent under the terms legally established, writing to the postal address indicated above or to the following electronic mail address: bfa@ceaga.com, and including in their communication proof of their identity.

Intellectual property

The design of the portal and its source code, logos, trademarks and other distinctive symbols that appear on the portal belong to the Galician Automotive Companies Cluster Foundation (CEAGA), and are protected by the corresponding intellectual property rights.

The texts, information and graphical drawings are the property of CEAGA or of the entities supplying information, and therefore shall not be subject to further modification, copying, transformation, alteration, reproduction, adaptation or translation by a third party without express authorisation from the owner of the content. The texts, information and graphical drawings made available do not imply any transfer of ownership or granting of a right for exploitation, reproduction, dissemination, transformation, distribution or transmission, other than the right of use entailed by legitimate use of www.bfauto.es.
